Episode 1.
I was born in a family of three boys, i am second to last born. I entered into secondary and i was so intelligent that my father pledge to withdraw my senior brother from school in order for me to further my education because we are not rich like that. My senior brother drop out from school after his JSS 3 exam,by then am in JSS 1. My senior brother was supported by every member of our family to go and learn work in order to help my father to sponsor me and my junior brother. He left to where he was to learn work.
I continued with my studies with the help of my parent.if i come back from school i will eat my lunch and went to help my parent in some farm work so because of that my parent love me the more though i am little stubborn then but my parent don’t mind. They do everything i request from them and we keep ongoing.

On my SS2,am matured then to associate with girls which i have not been doing. All my friends then in secondary school have 2 to 3 girl friends but i have none because i only focus on my studies to aspire to the zenith. I have four friends then,two of them are corrupt because of how their parent pampers them and poor
parental responsibilities toward them,and the less two were intelligent. My corrupt friends keep on persuading me to have girl friend but i refuse.
So one day i went to leo’s house to visit him*** leo is one of my intelligent friend.. His mum is late and his father is a policeman,so his father is not always in the house so he do as it pleases him ***,when i got to his father’s compound and i see no body,I entered straight to his room as usual,on getting to his door,i was

*** i continued meditating on what Leo told me about Arinze. As time goes on,i found out that its true. He even have two girl friends that he is bleeping. God all my friends are not whom I think they are… i started thinking how i will get my own girl friend. I started searching but found none worthy to be my gf in our school. So one day,we were in the class one morning,a girl and a boy entered into our class,they introduce themselves as member of us. We welcomed them. After one week that they were admitted in our school,i came to school one morning and found a two new desk beside mine and it happens to be both of them. I started associating with them.. The boy name is mathew while the girl is princess.so princess started coming close to me and i started eyeing her.one afternoon,she was searching her desk***

Princess: am looking for my phone.
Me: where did you kept it?
Princess: i don’t know where i kept it but am sure i came to school with it. *** i helped her in searching for the phone but we didnt see it*** please can you help me with your phone,let me dial my number.
*** i gave her and she dial her number,soon her phone started ringing inside her school bag. She handed my phone to me and bring out hers.***.
Princess: i don’t even know that it was inside my bag.
Me: yea, things like that happen. Sometime you might hold sometin in your hand and you will be looking for it *** she laughed***.
Me: igwe your funny. Anyway thats my number,you can save it,let me save yours. What name will i use on it?

*** i looked around and found mathew staring at us with a thick lump face.. Chai! I don curse wahala for both of them ooooo.

Episode 3.

Mathew was so angry, i can see it in his face but he pretended. We continue discussing with mathew but he wasn’t making any contribution towards what we are talking about and we ignored him.
After school that day,i came to school the next day and realised that princess desk had been removed from the position it was before. Matthew's desk was now close to mine while princess desk were kept after Matthew's own. I just ignored because nothing concern me. They might decided to rearrange it that way.
Soon both of them arrived to school as usual,they entered our class and princess look around and her desk wasn’t where she kept it and she turned to mathew..
Princess: mathew who removed my desk from the position it was before?
Mathew: what kind of a question is that?
Princess: i said who removed my desk from the position it was and you are asking me question?
Mathew: how can you ask me such a question while both of us are just coming to school now. Did i remove it in the dream or what? Have you ask igwe who remove it?*** i looked at him ***.

*** she removed mathew’s desk and kept it where it was before and put her own close to me. Mathew was so angry and muted throughout the day and they didn’t ulter any word to each other as they do before till school dismissal.
After school dismissal,she called me at the back of our school laboratry***.

*** she left,i went home that day,i didn’t concentrate on some domestic work that i do at home. I was just reflecting on what happened. I knew where she was going to,but i don’t want to make move. *** as we were discussing,one of my classmate intrude us and told me that our biology teacher want to see me in her office. Our biology teacher’s name is mrs sandra but all the students in our school knew her as MRS SHARP SHARP because of her cleverness . She does anything she do sharp sharp . Her age may be from 29 to 32,i guess. ***.
Me: i will be back,let me go and answer mrs sharp sharp ok.
Princess: lemme follow you.
Me: is abnormal naw. I will be right back.

**** i left the class to mrs sharp sharp’s office. On getting there,her office door were opened so i entered…she was busy marking some assignment books***

*** i started marking the assignments. She continued with hers. As we were marking,i was staring at her because she was so beautiful and has a nice body posture. *** i smile and continue with what i was doing. Soon,break time came to an end***.

*** i left her office to my class and met princess with a frowned face. I sat down on my seat ***.
Me: princess what is the problem? Why is your face like this? *** she kept quiet ***. Talk to me now,what is it? *** still silent. I decided to ignore her. Some mins later,our government tutor Isaac(corp member) entered our class. As he was teaching,he looked at princess and notice her mood. I was suprise how he look at her in that manner. After teaching,as he was going out,he called princess. Princess look at me and i threw my face aside. She went to him and they both left the class. I felt like crying, I encounter a heavy headache immediately and mathew stared at me, looking at my reaction. I pretended as if all is well but i was burning inside so i had to leave the class to a lonely place. I was thinking how our government tutor started associating with princess. I was so confused in thought on what to do.
After the school dismissed,out of anger i had to pack some of my text books and writing note and left without telling princess. As i was going home,i heard my name so i turn back and saw it was princess who called. I ignore and increase my pace, She ran to me and held my one hand***.

as i huged her,i saw corper Isaac coming out of our school but princess didn’t see him that moment because of where she turned her face to. I ignored corper Isaac and pretended as if i didn’t see him.
Soon,corper Isaac approached us and princess saw him and ignore. We remained in the position we are before.

Princess: corper good evening sir.
***he didn’t reply her,he was just standing and staring at us. We paused our hug and princess crossed her hand on my waist and i crossed mine on her neck ***.
Me: sir good evening.
*** he still didn’t reply me,all he was doing is staring at us. I greeted him the second time. He left without uttering any word to us.***.

Me: why is he staring at us?
Princess: maybe he is jealous because i can see it in his eyes.
Me: did he ask you out?
Princess: no he didn’t. Why are you asking?
Me: the way,he was staring at us is something else.

*** we departed to our various house. The next day in the school,corper Isaac send for me. Why is he calling me? Is it because of what he saw yesterday or what? I summoned courage to go and answer him. On getting to his office,he was busy pressing his phone.***

Me: good afternoon sir.
Corper Isaac: how are you?
Me: am fine sir.
Isaac: have a seat. *** i sat down but am not confortable because he hasn’t summon me in his office before ***. I want you to escort me somewhere,we will be back soon.

Me: yes sir.

*** as we are going,he was asking me some questions,he was asking me,my relationship with princess and how i got to know her,weather she lives close to me. I just manage to answer some questions and ignore some.
At a point he entered one mamaput restaurant nearby and i followed him.
He sat down and i sat down too***.

Isaac: what will you take?
Me: no problem sir, am ok.
Isaac: you have to take something now..is because of you i came here. So you have to take something.
Me: ohk sir.
*** he ordered for two plates of rice and coke. I was offered one of plate and coke. We started eating***.
Isaac: so tell me about princess.
Me:sir nothing much to talk about her. I just knew her the way you do.

Me: yes sir,she was newly admitted in this school.
Isaac: so tell me,are you guys dating?
*** i started mulching the food to make sure i finish it before answering his question***

After am done with the food and drink ,i looked at him.

Me: sir what do you said?

*** i entered inside the classroom and after teaching,
she left but i didn’t follow her immediately.
I looked at princess and her face was not encouraging***.
Me: princess,what is the matter? *** she didn’t talk to me ***. You have started again ooo by ignoring me. Tell me,what is the problem?
Princess: where are you coming from?
Me: ah! Are you not here when corper Isaac sent for me?

I step out to go inside our classroom,

Me: corper Isaac sent me to buy something for him.

*** i went to our class with a frowned face,
princess noticed my mood and ask me why do i frowned my face?
I told her nothing. After school dismissal,i went home,
throughout the night,i was so unpertubed. I was just praying that sunday will come and let me know why she was calling me.

Here comes sunday,i prepared with my parent and my junior brother to church. As the homily was going on,

They got me arrested and i started pleading with them to release me but they refused and said
that am going to remain in their custody

she can’t be able to recognise you again.

After tomorrow,if i didn’t hear from you,

*** he left with his boys. Chai i don enter.

How can i arrange princess for him??
How can i even talk to her about that??
And what will be her reaction toward me??

So many thought were running through my mind.
After soliloquising for a while ,i decided to ignore our lesson and go
home bcos i was so weak and angry.
When i got home,i saw only my mum and greeted her,
she responded and noticed that am not happy ***
Mum: what is the problem?
Me: problem? There is not problem mum.
Mum: your lips said no but your face said it all….
So tell me,why are you not happy and
why did you come back early today?
Me: only science student have lesson today,
so i decided to come home….
Mum: only science student! alrite…
*** i went inside my room. After doing some of my evening duties and some cooking,we ate and when i tried
to read my books as usual but i couldn’t do that
bcos thoughts about company was just running through
my mind.
After some minutes,mrs sharp sharp called me…
She was asking me,how do i do and other things.
She asked me,why am i absent in the school that day?
I told her that i came to school but my parent called me home….

she told me that she want to see me tomorrow in her house..
I told her that i don’t think it will be possible bcos am not
sure if i will come to school.
After our discussion,i droped my phone and
tried to concentrate in what am reading.
In the morning, i prepared to school,
when i got to our schoolgate, i decided to go to harrison’s house and stay for a moment.
When i got there,harrison was in a haste to school and
i told him that i will stay in his house,
he said ”ok” and gave me his key and left.
I read some of my textbooks when i got inside the room.
At around 11am that day,
princess entered.
I didn’t knw that,
they are some boys following her………….

Episode 26.

*** When princess entered,i was so surprised bcos i wasn’t expecting her…
She sat beside me and was looking at me… ***
Me : princess how do you knw that am here?
Princess: i was waiting for you but i didn’t see you,
when i saw harrison,i asked him about you and he told me that
you are here…..
Me: you shouldnt have come here naw remember that you are not healthy….
Princess: i knw but
how can that be possible igwe?
how can i be in the classroom without you beside me??
Me : ok… Ok… Ok… So how are you today?
Princess: am fully well naw,i can even bet you for a fight and win you *** she gave me a soft punch on my chest,i laughed ***
Me: hmmm….. i see,you are indeed ok…
So tell me,what did they taught in school?
Princess: nothin much,it is just only our mathematics teacher that came with that her annoying topic.
Me: na waoh!
Princess: but igwe why are you even here and not in school?
Me: *** see question ooo! Should i tell her the truth or
conceal it from her? If i conceal it from her,
it will look so matured that way than to open up to her… *** i just decided to be alone and
sort out somethings by myself,
you knw teachers cannot
teach you everything.
Princess: that’s true but we will go back to school naw,i
think you are ok here today.
Me: i don’t want to go school,
i preferred here atleast i have learn alot here today.
*** she started forcing me to follow her to
school,
i later agreed to follow her to school.
I picked some of my text books that i was reading.
Immediately we opened the door and came out,
we saw two boys at the entrance of the door.
I looked at them to knw if i could recognise any of them
but i was unable to knw who they are.
I brought out my hand to have a hand shake with them but
they ignored me,
i became so much angry. ***
Me: who are you guys and what do you want?
*** they ignored my question and they were busy
staring at us. I repeated the same question to them and
the first guy told me that someone is looking for me.
I asked him who the person was and he told me to follow them and confirm by myself.
Princess told them that am going
nowhere until they tell me who the person is.
The second guy rose his hand to slap her and i held his hand and
said to him,don’t ever try it again ***
First guy: so you want to fight us?
Me: if it is what you think,then am ready for it..
Second guy: if anything happen then you have to blame
no body but yourself.
Me: am ready to blame myself….
Princess run back to school.
Princess: no igwe..i can’t leave you and go,
forget this guys and lets go back to school.
They may wound you or you wound them.
Please leave them and their wahala,
lets go…
*** the second guy threw a punch at princess the second time but i saw the his punch on time
so i pushed princess back inside the room and close the door.***
second guy: hmmm….. I see that you are prepared to fight us.
*** the other guy rushed me and
i hijacked him and hit him hard on the ground,
the second one hit me with a bucket beside us and it got broke
and my head started bleeding.
Out of anger I rushed him with a stick beside me and
hit him on the chest and he
groaned and fell down..
Princess started shouted,calling me to open the door, i ignored her…
The first guy that i hit stoodup with a knife on his hand that i dnt even knw where he got it from.
I was scared a bit,he rushed me and tried to stab me with the knife but i was quick to defend it and got a slight cut on my hand.
Princess was busy screaming inside the room to open the door ,
when i got a slight cut,
i ran back and saw a plank and grabbed it immediately and
rushed him and hit him so hard that he fell down.
I rushed to the door and
unlock the door and princess rushed out and want to hold me so i shift bcos of the blood that was on my body.
I held her hand and took her away immediately out of that compound.
On our way,we met company…***

We stood still as we saw company.
Company: you don dey form Jess born abi?
*** i whispered to princess,”run to the school and let me knw what he is trying to do.
Princess told me that she is not going anywhere,
that if company want to kill me,let him kill both of us.
With anger he came closer to me and gave me a dirty slap and i staggered and want to fall and princess held me..
Company grabbed princess and was taking her to an unknwn area.
I got myself immediately and said to myself,
man has two options in this world
,is either he die or live.
I can rather die fighting for my
love
than someone to take her away from me.
Is either i die today or he will die.
After saying all this things,
it seems as another strength entered inside me and i rushed him and pushed me down and he fall down.
